Our CATALYSE program targets emerging social entrepreneurs aiming to establish a new venture or restructure an existing business to prioritise purpose-driven trading. Over 2 days this program will help you lay the groundwork for your social enterprise, emphasizing the desired impact and the specific issue to be addressed.
Guided by The Mill House Ventures team, the CATALYSE program utilises a combination of workshops, presentations, and interactive discussions to help you fine-tune your social enterprise ideas.
Our programs are designed around practical tools including the Lean startup methodology and Theory of Change with a focus on continuous improvement, refining and updating after each iteration (where needed of course). The integration of impact measurement and philanthropy into the Lean startup methodology and business model canvassing is a distinctive feature of our programs.
By combining these elements, in Catalyse you to take initial steps in the business development process. Coming through this program we hope that all participants not only refine their concepts and ideas but also lay the groundwork for a sustainable and impactful business.
